I have seen the spike in TXR traffic and heard things like Mary working through her lunch hour to give added desk assistance, etc. So, I have asked Aeon to begin scheduling a floater throughout the day who can fill in when it gets nutty.

After all, we have only eight more public service days left. So, let’s make it as painless as possible for our team. If you are assigned to float, please bring a project with you on which you can work while in the room and just be ready to help when necessary.

Also, if you want to volunteer for a Saturday that would be welcome as well. FYI – Liz is doing this for some hours this Saturday.
