Red Alert! New Registration Procedure in TXR

I am instituting several significant changes to the TXR registration procedure. Please review the points below and let me know if you have any questions.

  • We will issue a new registration form to each customer. The old sheet will be kept in a file at the end of the customers' files so that Mary can process her statistics. The new ones will be retained and used as normal.
  • Locker keys will be assigned with the reminder that there will be a $5 charge if they are not returned. The customer will keep the key until they leave the TXR. (Please note: The policy referred to on the new registration form indicates that the padlock is to be returned -- we will not require the return of the padlock. Instead, we will inspect the padlocks at the end of the day. If a padlock is missing, we will retain that registration sheet separately in order to process the fine -- more about this later.)
  • If a key is issued, the registration form for the key owner will be kept at the front of the customers' files in a red folder with label in red which reads "Lockers In Use".
  • Once a key is returned, we will remove the sheet from "Lockers in Use" file and return it to the appropriate file.

Thank you for your cooperation in this new effort.
