If a location for an archives collection is not recorded in either the Subject Index or Keyword Guide, please record one after retrieval. Record the location (in pencil) in both the Index and the Archives Collection Locations binder.
Note: I have numbered the microfilm cabinet drawers. So, for example, the retrieval I just made is now annotated, "Microfilm, Cab. C, Drw. 2".
